Book a stall:

Anstey Fair is a well established traditional country fair, attracting hundreds of visitors who enjoy a really special afternoon out. Entrance fees are kept low to attract visitors to come in and spend on the stalls and activities at the Fair.

We would like to invite you to take a stall at Anstey Fair this year. The prices of the various-sized plots are shown on the accompanying booking form; this is a flat fee and we do not take any commission on sales, so why not come and have a fun afternoon showcasing and selling your products to our visitors?

Income from the Fair is shared between the pre-school, primary school, village hall and church, which means that we attract visitors from all age groups and your participation supports the whole village.

To book your pitch at Anstey Fair this year, simply complete the booking form (click here to download) and post to the address shown on the form along with your cheque.

The prices of the various-sized plots are as follows. Included in the price is a link to your website, along with information of your business and your contact details;

Single pitch 8’x 8′(No table) – £16.00

This is a flat fee and we do not take any commission on sales, so why not come and have a fun afternoon showcasing and selling your products to our visitors?

It would be helpful if you could indicate if you have a strong preference for being sited in the grounds, or in the barn (though we cannot guarantee your exact pitch location). We would also appreciate it if you could let us know whether you intend to bring a gazebo. Please note that a gazebo requires a double plot.

We hope you will understand that we are unable to accept stalls in the nature of tombola, raffle, or bric-a-brac, as these would conflict with activities we run ourselves.

There are two entrances to Anstey Bury, and you will be sent advance notice by email of which entrance (1 or 2) to use depending on the location of the pitch you have been allocated (NB In some cases this might not be until the day before the event!). Stallholders may arrive at any time during the morning, but we ask that vehicles be removed from the garden by 12.30pm. There is a stallholders’ and officials’ car park (separate from the visitors’ car park) which will be signposted at the venue. There is plenty of hard standing for vehicles to unload, so please do not drive on the grass.

Location:

Anstey Bury is to be found by turning right at the sign for Brent Pelham when entering Anstey from the B1368. It’s about half a mile up this lane, and the entrance is on the right by a large barn, just before a sharp right hand bend. To view our location map click here.

We hope very much that you will wish to come, and look forward to welcoming you on the day!

For any further information or queries please email us with your contact details and we will get back to you or telephone Alison Cossor on 01763 848479 or 07715 277438
